Bring Together All Attachments Of A Workflow

Hi all,
 
We have some workflows where the users add several attachments.
When the workflow is completed, we have to collect all attachments to store
it manually.
That means one user has to print out every attachment. But sometimes there
are a lot of attachments.
Is there a way to bring together all attachments in one file (like manual
"copy and paste") or print them out automatically,
so that nobody has to print out every attachment manually???
