Self made methods

Hi.
 
I have a very basic problem. I wrote two function modules that I implemented as methods with parameters in a business object subtype. The status is released and I can test them successfully in SE37.
When I include these methods in a WF than the task seems to be complete but somehow it stays 'in process' when I execute the WF.
How can I use my own function modules in a WF?
