Hi Kevin,
 
Are you including event parameter 'ReleaseCode'?  It is a required field.  If you try to trigger the event without it, the WF Admin should get a mail.
 
You can fill the parameter via the container macros.

have you checked SM58 if there are hanging RFC-calls? Your workflow is started via tRFC and the trace-entries are also written using such a RFC-call.

Hi David,
That's another thing.  I turned the event trace on and ran the program and
then checked the log and there was nothing.  However, I tried making a
significant change to the req using ME52 which triggered the workflow
successfully but yet the event trace was still empty.

Hi,
In 4.6B I'm calling this function, 'swe_event_create' from a report.  Inside
this report I have added the include <cntn01>.  I'm creating a
'significantlyChanged' event for object 'BUS2105' using a valid purchase
requisition number.  Following this function call a 'commit work' is
performed.  While the function seems to execute properly it does not seem to
be creating the event, at least the workflow which should be triggered by
such an event is not being started.  Is there a specific macro I should be
calling or perhaps another function?
