Adding a task that captures a text comment

Hi Kevin,
Users can add attachments anyway - the confirm end of processing only makes
it more obvious. Workflow toolbox is another option - there's a write up on it
in the service.sap.com/webflow site.

The users didn't like that so I ended up forcing the SELFITEM with the method to attach a note as a subsequent method for the workflow task.

allow the agent to add text comments that will then be stored and forwarded
