Error while transporting Org plan from QA to PRD

Hi,
 
You need to create a manual request for transporting HR data. HR data will
go fine from one system to the next in the pipeline (your case DEV to QA)
but will not get transported to the next system in the pipeline (your case
QA to PRD). Check out OSS note 0138411.

I am facing a problem in transporting the Customizing request from  QA to
PRD
for Organization plan Units and positions I have saved Org plan units in
normal request
it asks while saving in DEV it transports fine from DEV to QA,
but it gives error while transporting from QA to PRD
 
 
Any suggestion
