Responsible person

Hi All,
 
At our client a lot of tasks in one workflow are excactly the same only =
the responsible persons (related to the organisational plan) are =
different. Does anybody know how I can link different persons to the =
same task? Otherwise we need a lot of different tasks that are doing the =
same and the maintenance becomes hughes.
