URGENT: Workflow not acticated/cannot be executed

Hi *,
 
I have a VERY urgent problem with a client's system enviroment: A =
sub-workflow is executed successfully in one system from a main =
workflow. But the same workflow cannot be executed in the testing system =
it was transported. The error mentioned above occurs even the workflow =
is activated. In the workflow log the message 'WL 410' occurs.
Can anyone provide me some hints on this issue. It's really urgent, =
since it has to go to production on Monday!
