Possessed Inbox - Please help

Thanks for your response, Jocelyn!

I had changed the workflow administrator to someone else but the inbox did
not correct.

I am not familiar with SO36 - I selected the RFC user from the search help
but I get a message "User does not exist Message no. SO 249". I get the
same message if I search with my name.

After calling transaction BBPBWSP, SU53 states All authorization checks
have so far been successful.

I have run out of ideas so if anyone has additional suggestions, I greatly
appreciate the assistance!

regards,
Meagan Tesdall

Hi Meagan,
Sure you aren't the workflow administrator? Make sure
both you and the RFC userid are NOT workflow administrators.
Check via transaction SWU3.

Sure you don't have workflow auto-forwarding happening?
Check via transaction SO36. E.g. RFC userid may be autoforwarded to you.

Other than that it could be an authorisation issue. Try using
SAPGUI to call transaction BBPBWSP and then use transaction SU53 to
see if you have had any authorisation failures.

Subject: Possessed Inbox - Please help

Hello all!

I am assisting in a regression test for EBP v2.0 integrated to a 46c R/3
backend. My problem appears when I attempt to open my EBP Inbox (either via
the web or GUI)... my Inbox points to the RFC user id's Inbox. No other
user has this problem.

We have applied support packs 11-14 in a test environment. I helped to
define the partner profiles, rfc destinations, etc.; The RFC id is not a
dialog ID.
I am wondering if I configured something incorrectly - does anyone have any
suggestions?!?

many thanks,
Meagan
