MIR4 transaction title line is varied in different SAP 4.6C inst allation (document archiving workflow).

Hi.
 
One thing you might want to check is the GUI settings for the user. In the
windows control panel there is a SAP configuration tool. There is a tick-box
for using the new visual design or not. If the flag is not set, the new
visual design is not used.
