How can I see a workflow template name in other language?

Dear workflowers,
 
There is WS30000015 (AF_process - Process notification of absence)
template in the 4.6C IDES system.
When I login in english, the name and abbreviation are display correctly.
But when I ligin in korean, I can't see the name and abbreviation.
And also I can't see step names in the workflow definition.
 
How can I solve this problem?
Must I configure the texts in korean?
