Translations for titles and decision text in user decisions

We have just done our UAT with continental users and come across an issue
that we cannot solve
Those users who logged on as non-english users saw some generic text in the
title and decision text boxes, instead of the english text we had entered.
Does anyone know where we put the translated text so that these non english
users see something more sensible than 'Make a decision'
