Hi Denis,

The simpliest way to send a mail from SAP is to use the business object
SELFITEM->Sendtaskdescription.
This object method send a mail with the task description as the body mail.
Look into your SAP system for a standard task that use this business object
method. But this is only the first part.

The second part is to define your connection between SAP and Outside by
customizing SapConnect. (transaction SCOT).
You need an e-mail server that act as a mail gateway (sendmail is one of the
most used and is provided with each Unix system), but maybe there is already
one existing, check the SCOT for this.

The exact sequence about how to do this depends on the setting already done
in your current system.

Regards.

I would like to create a Standard Task which send an e-mail on the internet.
How to do?
What are the requirements?
