Workflow E-PROCUREMENT

Eduar,
The workflow wizard for EBP is deprecated, please don't use it.

Copying the standard workflow template and following the same
pattern is fine. Follow the pattern of the standard workflow template
carefully - including
little things like setting "step not in workflow log" on non-approval
steps to avoid affect the approval applet display adversely.

It's important to use adhoc agent objects for agent assignment instead of
directly using rules (standard roles) to maintain all EBP functionality.
You will need to create an adhoc agent object
per extra approval level that you need, to determine the approver at the
start of the workflow so that it can be displayed in status screens and
approval preview. Use the existing ad hoc agent objects as a guide.
If you want to set up a rule to determine your approvers, you can call
the rule using the Create method of your ad hoc agent object and function
module
RH_GET_ACTORS.

Hope that helps.

Eduar alot will depend on your business requirements....but a couple
of suggested approaches...copy the standard workflow template WS10000031
and add in the extra approval steps manually using the workflow builder
or use the workflow wizard to create a workflow template with the required
number of levels.

Hope this gets you going in the right direction.

Cheers
Dave
