Sap connection to Outlook

1. regarding the MAPI connector for Outlook:
 
the error message regarding the cache file is ok, if this is the first
time you run Outlook after adding the MAPI service.
the MAPI service is compatible with R3 release 3.1G upwards
additional info can be found in SAP note 63480   "R/3 and MS Exchange
linking"
 
 
2. regarding the exchange connector
 
this product is only for exchange 5.5, there is no support for exchange
2000 yet.
please refer to SAP note 63480   "R/3 and MS Exchange linking"
 
 
both products are avaialabe on the standard presentation (gui) CD
delivered by SAP

Hello All,
 
1. I'm having difficulties setting up the sap MAPI connector.
After adding the service (in "control panel","mail") and configuring the
system details (in "servers") it seems ok.
But when trying to open it from outlook(97) I get an error message that
says
the cache file could not be created for some reason- though I have all
the
system rights. Also the new location of it (cache file) is not set.
What can it be?
 
2. Does anybody know where can I get the Sap Exchange connector (for
Exchange 5.5) ?
 
we're using sap 3.1H.
