can't go back to workplace inbox after executing work item

hi.
 
i get this screen dump after executing a work item
from the business workplace (web):
 
`include(~service="system", ~language="", ~theme="dm",
~name="TemplateLibraryDHTML.html")` `SAP_TopInclude()`
`SAP_PageTitle()` `SAP_Stylesheet()`
`SAP_JavaScript()` `SAP_FormBegin()`  `SAP_FormEnd()`
 
the work item is using a generated HTML template (SAP
GUI for HTML).
 
does anybody have a clue? how do i go back to the
inbox after executing the work item?
