WF: Reserve of work item not wanted.

I would suggest either of the following:

1. Before your workflow step, create a 3-way fork, with the '3 from 3' end
condition. Then put your workflow step into each branch of the fork, with the
different position as the agent for each. Then each branch has to be completed,
so one person from each position will have to action it before the fork
condition is met and the workflow proceeds.

2. Create a multiline container element of type WFSYST-AGENT to hold the 3
positions in it. Then change your workflow step to a multiple step using the new
container element to determine the number of steps created.

Hope these ideas help,

Subject: WF: Reserve of work item not wanted.

Hi,

I have a workflow step that sends a work item to 3
positions. Once one person opens it, the work items
leave the other two mailboxes.

Can I prevent this so that the work items will stay in
the other mailboxes until each position has had a
chance to look at it?

thanks in advance
