Mail and Workflow Integration in CRM

Well there is an e-mail wf scenario in CRM already.
 
It uses the CICSUPRT business object and the ws template begins with a
description of 'mail....'.
 
Essentially the customer sends an e-mail to the CRM system, SAPConnect
starts
the wf via SO28 config and in the wf the mail is routed to a CIC agents
inbox in CIC0, not SBWP.
 
Not exactly what you want.
