Different Positions for each plant

There's more than one way of doing this and you could pick one that suits
you best. But for the start, use responsibility-based roles (they're
extremely flexible):

1. Create a new role with the resolution type "Responsibility"
2. Put plant (t001w-werks) into the container of that role
3. Create different responsibilities for different positions (still in role
maintenance)
4. In workflow definition, use your role as the agent specification for your
task. Don't skip the binding definition - there will be a new button on the
screen that will let you tell from which container element the data should
be passed to the role (e.g. the Plant in your role should take the value
from the MaintenancePlant container element in the workflow).

Hope this helps,
Tomasz.

Subject: Different Positions for each plant

G'day,

We have a single task that needs to go to different positions depending on
the plant.

What is the best way to handle this?

Thanks in advance.

Murray
