Work item routing from SAP inbox to Outlook

Hi All,
We alreay tested the routing of the work items from SAP inbox to Outlook
using MAPI and it worked well(we don't want to proceed with this). Then we
tried using the report RSWUWFML to send the notification to the outlook
whenever there is a work item in the inbox. This report only sends the
message to the Outlook saying that 'You have received new work items'. Can
some one help how to route work item to the Outlook by any other method.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
