Changing deadlines

I have had this problem also however I have not issued an OSS.
 
I have found this problem to occur when I am changing the time only.  If I
change the date and time, the change will occur.  When I change the time, I
change it to what I want it to be.  Then I change the date back to what it
was originally.  It's not pretty but it works.

Wondering if anyone else has run into a problem changing deadlines on work
items in 4.6C?
 
Initially, I ran into a lot of authorization issues.  They were all
resolved.  Now, when I go into change the work item deadline, I can enter
the changed time and press save.  I do not receive any error messages.
However, the deadline reverts to the earlier value!  I check SU53 and there
were no authorization errors.   If I look at the log, I can see entries that
the deadline was changed, but it hasn't been changed!
 
There do not appear to be any OSS notes on this issue.
 
Any help would be much appreciated!
