Marc,

Function module RH_LOCAL_INBOX_GET does not exist in version 3.1. What
release are you using?

Elias,

To answer your question, use transaction SWI5. This is the Workload
Anaylsis report from the Reporting menu in SWLD.

To use this, enter the user type (US) and user id. Select the "To be
processed by" radio button and do not put a date in the field. Then
execute. This will give you a report of all of the work items in the =
users
inbox and sort it by Reserved and not Reserved and then by task id.

Hope this helps!

Paul

Betreff: Number of workitems in inbox?

Dear Workflow Gurus,

Is there a report, transaction, or something else that can
give me information about how many workitems the users have
in their inbox (without actually logon each user)?
Thanks alot for any advice!

Regards,
Elias Bergan
