WS01000105 & WS01000108

Hi all,
 
Could anyone please help me resolve the following problem:
 
I'm configuring the appraisal workflow using the standard workflow 01000105
& 01000108. when the workitem appears in the inbox of the appraisee, The
object "Appraisal" is not attached to the workitem. So appraisee is unable
to view the appraisal itself and just the Decision parameters could be
viewed. Could anyone please let me know the link I'm missing on.
