Number of workitems in inbox?

for a quick view of the total amount of documents in a user's inbox, you
can use transaction SOY5
 
if you are using sapoffice for workflow only, this might help.

Is there a report, transaction, or something else that can
give me information about how many workitems the users have
in their inbox (without actually logon each user)?
