Word Document in Workflow

Hi Guys,
 
I am hoping you guys will have a suggestion for me. I am using a workflow to
display a word document to the user. I do not want the user to be able to
change the Word Document. I am using the 'Create Document from Template'
step however there does not seem to be any way of making the template
read-only.
 
Any ideas would be appreciated.
