Hello folks,

I appreciate you getting back to me with your thoughts and suggestions.

In response to Adrian's questions, please note that our training dept is
using SAP and that we are not using HR master records.

I will peruse the online documentation on how to create a change document
object.

If you have any other suggestions or would like further info, please let me
know.

Thanks again...

Hi Drosoula,
You can create a change document object yourself. One colleague of mine
is creating it for recording the changes made to a particular field in
a sap transaction. But so far he has not been able to fully see it
functioning.I am not sure whether this change document and your change
document is same.Assuming it is same then You can see online
documentation for change document. It has got all the steps for creating
change document.
Hope this will be useful.
