WorkItem restart

Have you tried checking the box 'Confirm End of Processing' in the =
'basic
data'-view of the task?
This should cause the system to prompt you to confirm that you have =
finished
editing once you exit the create step. If you do not confirm, the work =
item
status
will remain 'in process' and it will stay in your inbox.

Hi all
 
Could anyone help, I have a very simple workflow allowing document
scanniing and linking to SAP object. All works ok i.e. the workitem =
appears
in my inbox, when i execute it the correct 'create' transaction is
initiated and I can then create the Object and the link is formed. But =
if I
exit the create screen, the workitem disappears and I cant re-process.
 
I would have expected the workitem to remain in my inbox, is there a =
way of
ensuring this?
