Workflow Deadline Monitoring

Hi Sax,
 
deadline monitoring is customisation, and the bad news is, it cannot be used
with standard (i.e. single step) tasks. You need a Workflow template (a
multistep task), and if you include your step there you will see deadline
monitoring tabs in the step details that are not too hard to figure out.
Also, the documentation is pretty good on that one.
If you have a little time, give it a whirl. You need to transfer the
triggering event from your standard task to the workflow template and
duplicate the container. Include the single step task as the only task in
the workflow, and you should be flying.

Hi All,
We're using SAP EBP and are utilizing standard
workflow.  I'm new to workflow and would appreciate
your help in advising how to configure the Workflow
deadline monitoring.
 
We're using Task TS10008126.
I couldnt find any documentation on this configuration
either.  Also, is deadline monitoring considered
customization or is it just configurable.
