Workflow Deadline Monitoring

Hi All,
We're using SAP EBP and are utilizing standard
workflow.  I'm new to workflow and would appreciate
your help in advising how to configure the Workflow
deadline monitoring.
 
We're using Task TS10008126.
I couldnt find any documentation on this configuration
either.  Also, is deadline monitoring considered
customization or is it just configurable.
