workflow can not find the correct agents.

Hi workflow experts,
 
I have created a subobject ZBUS2032 to BUS2032. I have delegated everything,
etc.
 
When I am trying in my own method within ZBUS2032 to get the container
element from the BUS2032 obkect, e.g.
 
SWC_GET_ELEMENT CONTAINER 'CustomerNumber' CUSTOMERNUMBER.
 
I am getting return code 8 and no element from the container.
 
How can the problem be solved?
