Outlook integration

Hi all,
 
Could anyone please help me with the structured break down of the steps that
need to be carried out to integrate SAPOffice (for workflow) with Outlook. I
have some missing link/s and get an error (script error) when I try to open
the work item. Whereas, if I open a normal mail sent thru SAPOffice, I am
able to do so.
