Send Internet Email

I have used both workflow (4.0B)  and non workflow(4.0B) for sending e-mails
to both internal and external users. Either way they are easy to set up.
However, you need to configure SAPCONNECT (or transaction SCOT). BASIS guys
will be able to help you out in setting up this.
