whether user can select the next agent manualy ?

HI all workflow experts:

I have defined a workflow and have agent assigned.

Some task assigned to the position which contain many

user.

when i have done this task, the workflow will
auto-sent

workflow item to many user at the same time.

Whether there are some configure or less design ,then
the user can select the next agent for the next
workitem process.

any reply will thanks.
