BBP shopping Basket creation with no approval

Hi,
 
I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the following:
 
We are using the standard workflow for shopping basket creation with no
approval process WS 10000060, and yesterday there were no problems with it,
but this morning,  all shopping baskets that have been created are still
with status 'In Process' and have the following error in the administrators
inbox :
 
Work Item 000000001159 in status STARTED
 
The Work Item "Transfer ReqReq to the core" (ID 000000001159) of the type B
has the status STARTED.
Initiate a correction measure so that the respective workflow
(ID000000001158) can be continued.
 
Has anyone else ever come across this? Is it a problem with the program
RSWWERRE?
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated
