The workflow does not work as my think

Hi Weidong,

Problems with agent assignment and the organizational environment are common
among workflow developers I think. But in most cases it boils down to
refreshing the organizational environment. In addition, after you assign a
possible agent to a task always use "refresh index" and make sure you
position the cursor directly. And check the validity period of the
classification of the task. To find out everyone is really an agent, you can
try to reserve/execute the work item or just display the work item and after
that choose the option from the menu to display possible agents and selected
agents. Another way is always to create a new task from scratch with
classification (general forwarding allowed for example) and assign agent to
it. After that refresh the index and the organizational environment (from
inbox) and after include the new task in a workflow (WS) and see what
happens.
