Multiline container

There are macros for setting and getting multiline container properties
(swc_get_table_property or something similar).
The local variable you get the container property into must be an internal
table, and thereafter it is standard ABAP internal table handling.

Hi, experts.
 
I wanna use multiline container for storing several values
of same type.
How can I know the number of line in the multiline container?
How can I get each line of the multiline container?
 
I want to use the number of multiline container for controlling the loop
and each line of multiline container for making the mail title.
