Workflow in PM

[Ulagapiragasam Vanathy (RBAU/ISY)]

I have setup a standard task in PM area such that
when a PM notification is created using IW21 and the
BREAKDOWN flag is ticked it sends out email.
The problem is it only sends out email if you create the
notification save and then go into it in change mode and
tick the breakdown flag. It doesn't trigger the event if you
create the notification and tick the flag and then save it.
 
Anyone got any idea on this.
