Reasons for rejecting shop. basket from inbox (BBP 20B)

Hi Cristian,
In EBP 2.0 you can create an attachment with your reason while you are =
in
the details of the =20
approval workitem. =20
 
In BBP 2.0B, to create an attachment the procedure is as follows:
a) Look at the details of the approval workitem - decide what you are =
going
to do (approve/reject)
b) DON'T approve/reject but go "Back to inbox"
c) From the workitem text, create an attachment with your rejection =
reasons
d) Go back to the workitem details and approve/reject
 
Yes, you're right this is clunky - hence the change in EBP 2.0.
Unfortunately it is=20
too difficult to backport this functionality to BBP 2.0B.=20
