error on the Object SELFITEM Method SELFDESCRIPTION Task. Which is the 3rd
step in the Workflow.
 
          WARNING no administor (Role 'USSMITH')  etc etc.
 
         I go to the Trans SWDC.  He is there, TS00008267 as a Generic
Decision Task.  Set up as a User for the admin. It's strange because it did
pick up the name in the message and he is the person who is setup as the
administrator.
