Trigering event for training

Hi All,
We have create wf for HR training booking attendance. I use SAP WF Standard
with object type PDRELA_025. After we create booking training, that process
can not triggering event for wf. How do we do to trigerring event ? or there
additional customizing have to maintain. Does anybody know for solve my
problem ? . I am in 4.6C.
