Executable SAPOffice Mails in Outlook

well this is a tough one.
 
I assume under the properties of the SAP MAPI service you have 'ticked' the
Workflow Enable option.
 
Barring that, I would log an OSS.

In answer to your questions:
Both executable mails work fine from the Business Workplace.
One is firing off the back of SD output determination for a sales activity
and when executed displays transaction VC03.  The other SAPOffice mail fires
out of PS and when executed runs a custom report.  On this basis, I don't
think the problem lies with a particular SAP program.
 
Any thoughts?
