Hi all fellow SAP-WUGers,
I've created a workflow beginner's guide to help explain workflow/webflow to
anyone and everyone.
Hopefully this will be a useful tool for us all when trying to explain
workflow/webflow to
managers, users, customers, etc., etc.

The point of the guide is to explain basics including:

* What is workflow/webflow and what's the difference between them
* What does workflow do for you
* What's involved in creating/modifying workflows (high level)
* What sort of skills you need to set up workflows
* What sort of skills users need to work with workflows
* What's involved in maintaining workflows
* Overview of security for workflow
* Basic workflow terminology
* Options for event creation
* Options for agent assignment
* Common problems and tips on how to deal with them
* Change management/transport/upgrade considerations
* Additional things you should consider if you are using webflow
* Suggestions for things to include on a web-based workflow "helpdesk"

This guide will shortly be added to SAPNET but in the meantime I've attached
a copy in case you
want to start using it now.

Hope that helps.
Regards,
