SWEC - Event start conditions

I am trying to setup a condition for an event to be triggered when an =
accounting document(accounts payable FB60) is created for a particular =
company code (BKPF-BUKRS) and if the document contains any line items for =
an internal order (BSEG-AUFNR). =20
 
I have set up an entry in SWEC for change document BELEG with my  custom =
object type ZBKPF with an event I created with the wizard called INTERNALOR=
DERINVOCE.  The field restrictions are as follows:
Table       Field          Old value    New Value
BKPF    BUKRS              1100
BSEG    AUFNR              *
 
When I activate the event trace and create the document with this data, =
the event does not get triggered.  Has anyone set up conditions like this =
for event creation?
