Workflow Document

As the workflow administrator, I was notified that one of our users received
a document related to "REGULATORY COMPLIANCE SYSTEM ORDER STOP PRD". The
from on the document was WORKFLOW BATCH. This was not a workitem.
 
Is there a way within SAP office or workflow to look at a log of messages
sent out by WORKFLOW BATCH and how do I determine what application triggered
the document?
