Worfkflow for purchase order release workflow and cancellation

You can create a completely new workflow and, instead of use ME28, you can
use user decisions (approve or reject) and use the methods RELEASE and
RESETRELEASE in background tasks to release or to cancel the document
release, according to the decision made.
