I'm sorry, but I only have a 2.0B system available.

But I already found this problem with a customer in 2.0C. Maybe I can
remenber the solution.

The 2.0C java component expect only ad'hoc workflow. If you just add a third
step exactly in the same way the other works, it should work correctly.
If you use a sub-workflow to define the third step, it doesn't work at all.

Check if the checkbox "Not in workflow log" is NOT checked in the workflow
builder.

If everything seems ok, left click on your BBP screen with your graphical
log and have a look to the code source. You can check if the data is passed
correctly from SAP to the java component.

Basically, 2 tables are used to passe data from SAP to the java applet NODES
and LINES. Table NODES describe the step and LINES describe the sequence
(previous and next step). The java applet use this data to build the
graphical log.

I don't recommend to modify the java applet.

Hi Michel,

the version is BBP CRM 2.0C

Is it necessary to change the Java Applet or only correct the ABAP method in
the object ?

I copy the Object ASBMANOFMA to ZASBMANA03 and only change the line:

read table lt_agents index 2 into l_manager

Hi Marcos,

The graphical log available in the EBP is managed by a Java Applet. This
component wait to have the data in some very specific format. If you don't
build your workflow in the right way, this display component don't work at
all.

It is very dependent of your EBP version.

On whitch version exactly are you working?
