Hi Giselle,
=20
you can only execute user decisions directly from Outlook. For all =
other
WI=B4s You need special Outlook-Forms and they must be integrated in =
your
Workflow-description

Betreff: Executable Workitems in Outlook via SAP MAPI Service Provider

Hi, everybody:=20

We are in 40B and we have installed SAP MAPI Service Provider.=20

We have created the logon profiles and their SAP Office inbox is=20
identical to their Outlook Mapi Inbox.=20

We want to approve purchase requisition (WS 38) via Outlook Mapi Inbox. =

Our problem is that when they execute a WorkItem from the Outlook Mapi=20
Inbox, a message appears "No description available", and, there are=20
three icons (Display, Execute, Requisition Item). If you do a double=20
click on the execute icon, it works ok.=20

I know that there is a way to indicate that when you open a workitem it =

must be executed directly.=20

I will appreciate if you give me any suggestion.=20

Thanks for all=20

well this is a tough one.=20

I assume under the properties of the SAP MAPI service you have 'ticked' =

the=20
Workflow Enable option.=20

Barring that, I would log an OSS.=20

Sorry I couldnt be of more assistance.=20

Thanks for your response Alon.=20

In answer to your questions:=20
Both executable mails work fine from the Business Workplace.=20
One is firing off the back of SD output determination for a sales=20
activity=20
and when executed displays transaction VC03. The other SAPOffice mail=20
fires=20
out of PS and when executed runs a custom report. On this basis, I=20
don't=20
think the problem lies with a particular SAP program.=20

Any thoughts?=20

Kind Regards,=20
