Word-Document as attachment

Hi everybody,
 
I still didn't solve all the problems yet.
 
As a booking confirmation I want to create a SAP office mail with an
attached word document and send this to an external internet address.
 
To attach a word-document to a SAP Office Mail I built a workflow with the
following steps:
1. SOFM.CREATE: Create a mail with general content
2. SOFM.CREATE: Create a mail where the Import flag  is activated
3. SOFM.ATTACH: Attach the word-document to the general mail
 
This works fine (despite our client prefering the tasks to run as a
background job).
 
For sending mails I normally use SELFITEM.SENDTASKDESCRIPTION. But in this
case I didn't manage to pass the created SAP office mail to the method. I
also tried SOFM.SEND without success.
 
Any idea?
