You're right.I just add the check function ARCHIV_WORKFLOW_ASSIGN in SWEINST
and it works.
Actually in OSS there is note: 352927 that mentioned this problem, but it's
still in Germany (I hope SAP would like to translate it to English) :-)

please check the instance linkages of the object IMAGE (TAC SWEINST).
receiver fm SWW_WI_COMP_EVENT_RECEIVE and checkfuntion
ARCHIV_WORKFLOW_ASSIGN must be customized. Also mark the checkbox 'linkage
activated'.
 
Please check also TAC 'OAG1'. Mark the checkbox 'Generate event Assigned'.

Looks like you need to finish your archiving customizing.
Seems like you are missing the assignment of your imaging doc. type to a
transaction.
When you start your 1128 task this transaction will be called and the image
displayed. you can create a link from there.
If you are in 4.5+ there is a nice wizard you can use for imaging doc. types
configuration.
 
What are you using 1128 for? I mean what kind of images are you bringing to
your
system?

I already used TS30001128 and the work item is created.But still the TOA01
is not updated.
I've looked to the work item container, the value of "archive link image"
(hexa code) is already there.Did I miss something else?

You have to create an entry in the toa* tables to display the archived
document. There is no special transaction nessecary. You can use the
standardtask TS30001128 to make an entry in the toa* tables. If you want to
use this standardtask you have to customize the early archiving szenario.
 
Try the follow path to display an archived document in 4.6c: TAC FB03:
System -> service for objects.
A popup comes up where you can display the attachment list with the archived
documents.

We're in 4.6c. I don't see the menu path you mentioned.However,there's no
entries for table TOA01,TOA02,TOA03.What tcode to update this table?

Hi all,
 
We are implementing the ArchiveLink (early archive).I did a test for Invoice
document (FB10).The problem occur when I'm trying to display the document
(FB03).Using menu System->Services for object the icon 'Attachment List' is
Grey.
 
Is there another way to display the document?
or
How to activate the icon?
 
Any information would highly appreciate.
