Workflow Issues Encountered During Upgrade

[Ea, Ty]

We are preparing to upgrade from 3.1H to 4.6C.  Would love to hear from
anyone willing to share their Workflow related experiences during this
period and any lessons that were learned.  In particular, what major issues
should we look for?  I know that this is a very general question but any and
all comments are welcome.
