R3FormTyp container values

I am trying to implement SAPForms with Outlook 2000, Exchange Connector and
46C.
 
In my SAP workflow task that calls the FORM.PROCESS object/method, what
value do I need to put in the container field R3FormTyp?  I assume that I
put the name of my outlook form in the R3Form container field.  The help
files say that you should use EXE for VB Forms, but it does not mention
anything for Outlook forms.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
